MVM Rail has integrated all key business areas such as Commercial, Environment, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Occupational Health and Safety, Tendering and Risk Management into the MVM Business System (MVMBS). The MVMBS is applicable to all operational aspects, undertaken by MVM Rail projects, which have the potential to adversely affect:- Train and other rail operators
- The environment, community and heritage terms; and
- The health, welfare and safety of people working for or interfacing with the project.
