Construction, Placement and Rehabilitation of Track
MVM Rail has extensive experience in track laying and rehabilitation and is an industry leader in building and rebuilding tracks in a live rail environment. MVM uses a variety of equipment from a high output Pony Track Renewal Train to the smallest ballast cleaner to provide clients with the most appropriate cost effective rail track service delivery.
Signalling and Communication
MVM Rail can provide the rail system project management, the civil infrastructure required, cable install, pits and pipes for connection and commissioning.
Level Crossing Structures
MVM Rail undertakes all services work associated with providing pedestrian and vehicle crossings to meet the safety and community requirements at each location.
Overhead Wiring Installation (OHW)
MVM Rail manages the delivery of OHW installation, provides all civil structures, cables, pit and pipes work and project management.
Maintenance
MVM Rail has a full range of maintenance services. It uses advanced welding technology, specialised resurfacing equipment and comprehensive range of equipment such as ballast undercutting to provide a tailored track maintenance service.
Extensive Resources
MVM Rail is supported by the extensive resources of its two shareholders Macmahon Contractors and COMSA EMTE to provide clients with the full range of rail systems including electrical, signalling and civil engineering services, from feasibility, earthworks and track upgrades to signalling and all asset maintenance.
